Don't let the sandman come get you just yet.

Don’t let the sandman come get you just yet.
The Reaper comes right after.
The boogeyman hides at your stairway.
Eyes trail you from the rafters.

Don’t let the sandman come get you just yet.
Walking you past his bridge.
A troll awaits you there.
A banshee at the ridge.

Don’t let the sandman come get you just yet.
It is then when Susannahs Cry.
Waking with them the walking dead.
Your flesh and sinew they pry.

Don’t let the sandman come get you just yet.
And whisk you to his blight.
Just wait a little more.
While I turn on the nightlights.
